Maggie Brennan is an animator / director / writer / musician / etc. based in Queens, New York. She is the creator of Agoraphilia, a series for Adult Swim SMALLS, which she also animated, directed, co-wrote, and scored. She wrote, directed, animated, and scored the short, Our Bed Is Green (SXSW Premiere). She also wrote, animated, and voiced a short-form series for A Studio Digital. Her comics have appeared in The New Yorker, The Fader, Inverse, and other publications. Additionally, she has led and produced creative for a number of corporate and commercial clients. She is currently in development on a new animated short, "Venerations" (NYSCA 2025 Grantee).
